The state engineering centre of " MSTU "STANKIN" carries out its activities with the financial support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation Subprogram 5.1.1. Support and development of centers for the collective use of scientific equipment and unique scientific installations (2021-2023)
On May 16th, within the framework of the 19th annual exhibition "Metalloobrabotka-2018", a session of the International school of young scientists and specialists in the field of digital production was held. The event was supported by the directorate of “Expocentre” and the Russian association "Stankoinstrument".
More than 180 people took part in the work of the International school: students, graduate students, teachers from Russian universities, including MSTU "STANKIN", Bauman MSTU, YSTU, NUST “MISIS”, etc.
Participants of the school of young scientists and specialists were welcomed by Mariusz Enek, Ph. D., professor of the State university of Zielona Gora (Poland), Piotr Gawlowicz, Ph. D., professor of the State university of Zielona Gora (Poland), and moderator of the International school Yekaterina Sotova, candidate of technical sciences, head of scientific research department of MSTU "STANKIN". The speakers noted the high importance of scientific and technical creativity in the formation of new views on scientific problems, as well as the importance of digitalization of production.
During the event, oral reports were presented, many of which were highly appreciated by the jury.
Based on the results of the school, a collection of works will be published, and all participants will receive a copy. The best works will be recommended for publication in the bulletin “Vestnik of MSTU “STANKIN”. At the end of the event the jury members expressed their gratitude to the participants for interesting reports and wished to continue working on new scientific and technical developments and research.
