On February 22, 2019, SEC of MSTU “STANKIN” signed a cooperation agreement with the chamber of Commerce and industry of the Russian Federation. The main purpose of cooperation is to promote educational, research and engineering activities in the field of high–tech engineering and machine tool industry.
One of the main areas of joint work chosen by the parties was the development of agreed proposals for improving the relevant legislation, discussion of topical issues of higher technical education, science and economics, as well as expert-analytical activities and research in the field of technological re-equipment and technological audit. In addition, it is planned to conduct training and consulting activities for training, retraining and advanced training of employees, the implementation of expert activities for the evaluation of Russian projects and scientific developments and much more.
"Taking into account the strategic objectives of modernization and technological renewal of the industrial infrastructure of the country, during cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce we will use our unique scientific competence in the field of mechanical engineering and machine tool industry with full efficiency, "said Elena Kataeva, rector of MSTU "STANKIN".
"We expect that joining efforts with SEC of MSTU “STANKIN” will allow us to give a new impetus to the development of national scientific, technical and production activities in Russia, and will also contribute to the growth of exports of Russian high-tech industrial products," said the President of the Russian Chamber of Commerce Sergey Katyrin.
As part of the visit of the delegation of the Chamber of Commerce was also conducted a tour on the technological range – the scientific center of SEC MSTU "STANKIN" with a presentation of advanced capabilities of existing laboratories.
