The state engineering centre of " MSTU "STANKIN" carries out its activities with the financial support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation Subprogram 5.1.1. Support and development of centers for the collective use of scientific equipment and unique scientific installations (2021-2023)
MSTU "STANKIN", Government of the Belgorod region and NIU "BSU" concluded a tripartite agreement on cooperation for the development of new competitive technologies, products and their commercialization, implementation of professional training for scientific and technological challenges for the development of fields of science and technology. The parties decided to unite their efforts for cooperation in science and education, the creation and development of scientific and educational centres of the world level in the Belgorod region.
To achieve the objectives of the parties intend to cooperate in the following directions and forms:
-Participation in the realization of complex scientific and technical projects full innovation cycle;
-Manufacturing and increase of new and improved high-tech products;
-Participation in activities aimed at supporting exports, the legal regulation which is carried out in accordance with the Federal Law of December 8, 2003, № 164-FZ "State regulation of foreign trade";
-Information and consulting support on certification and standardization of manufactured high-tech products;
-Providing engineering services (including engineering accelerated introduction of high-tech products);
-Development and implementation by the parties of educational programs of higher education, other professional programs, including the use of infrastructure and human resource capacity of the participants of the Center.
MSTU "STANKIN" made a proposal on the organization and development of the federal pilot project "Scientific Educational Center in Belgorod Region", in particular, recycling of production waste and consumption of 600 000 tons per year with the production of RDF alternative fuel in the volume of 150 000 tons per year and involvement of sorted waste the economic turnover as secondary raw materials in the Belgorod region.
As a finished product, "Ekotehnopark" will produce for the needs of individuals and legal entities polymer-sand and polymer-glass products, wood-polymer composites, rubber crumb and its products, small architectural forms for children's playgrounds, wood briquettes, concrete and concrete products and alternative fuels RDF fuel oil fraction (furnace fuel) to process the electronic technique (extraction of components - precious metals).
