SEC of MSTU "STANKIN" cooperates with universities of Poland

Zielenogorski University (Republic of Poland) is a longtime partner of MSTU "STANKIN". One of the dynamically developing areas of cooperation between our universities is cooperation within the framework of the European Union's Erasmus+ education program. The program is aimed at increasing the mobility of students and teachers in order to improve the quality of education, teaching methods and training of highly qualified specialists with international experience.

The initiator, curator and coordinator of this project at MSTU "STANKIN" is Leonid Schwarzburg, doctor of technical sciences, professor, head of the Department of environmental engineering and life safety.

At Zielenogorski  University, this direction is supervised by Mariusz Enek, doctor of technical sciences, Professor of the Institute of mechanical engineering.

During the implementation of the program, as part of mutual exchange, teachers from each side gave lectures at the partner university on topics of interest. In addition, within the framework of the project, master's and bachelor's students from both universities have the opportunity to study at a partner university for one semester. As a result of the training, a number of scientific articles were prepared for publication.

In the 2019-2020 academic year, Mihai Otsepa, a post-graduate student of the Institute of mechanical engineering of Zielenogorski  University, was sent to MSTU "STANKIN" as part of academic mobility. In the training course "engineering technology", Mihai Ocepa conducted research related to the formation of the surface layer of the specified characteristics. Based on the research materials and the results obtained, Mihai Otsepa prepared a scientific publication presented in the Vestnik of MSTU STANKIN.

Currently, representatives of MSTU "STANKIN" are also present in Zielenogorski  University in the framework of the program of academic mobility. Students from Russia, Spain, Turkey and many other countries who successfully passed the competitive selection, were able to continue their studies at Zielenogorski University, which is a member of the Association of European Universities.
